About

The Deja Brew blog is a small corner of the internet where I, an amateur homebrewer, journal my experiences brewing beer. Here, I reflect on my experiences, talk about what I've learned, document my technique, celebrate my successes, and confess my failures. Some posts contain batch logs, including information about each recipe's brew and bottling days, specifics on the output, and critique.

I'm not a know-it-all, and I'm not going to act like I am. The plain truth is that I am new to it all. This blog is a documentation of my meandering journey through the life of the homebrewer. The content of this blog is intended for people just starting out with the hobby. Although the information here gets into some of the science, we don't go too deep, and articles explain information related to all-extract recipes.
